Live Webinars for Pitney Bowes

Case overview

Each year, the USPS and other delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, etc.) raise their rates. Pitney Bowes offers its clients advice on how to navigate and mitigate these rate increases.

The Challenge

Invite all Pitney Bowes clients to a webinar that provides valuable information for all of them.

Our Approach

Having done this work internally for Pitney Bowes for years, we were able to provide a wide variety of bespoke services as an outsourced vendor that dovetailed with the company’s needs for messaging, creative, webinar operations, and webinar content.

Event Marketing
Email sequences were written for the company to send out to its various clients that promoted the effects of the proposed rate changes and the offer to show how to mitigate those rate increases.

Webinar Content
We worked closely with internal postal SME’s and product management experts to research and assemble the best advice for Pitney Bowes clients. All messaging was pre-approved by management and legal departments.

Live Webinar Event Management
Two different webinars were delivered, one in December and one in January, to meet the growing demand for this information.

Webinar platforms were chosen and managed to accommodate the 1000 people who attended.

Live Webinar Host
We hosted and led the two live webinars, varying the content delivery and inviting SME’s to make the presentation interesting and engaging.

The Results

Over 1000 attendees for two events who were engaged with the webinar content (stayed throughout the presentation), positioning Pitney Bowes as a thought-leader in the shipping and mailing industry.

We were asked to deliver this webinar series multiple years, due to the popularity of the sessions and the continued changes in postal and package delivery rates and services.
